1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoomsGPT at roomsgpt.io (the "Service"), which is operated by AI Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoomsGPT provides AI-powered interior design, home exterior design, virtual staging, paint color visualization, and related design tools. Users can upload photos and receive AI-generated design variations and recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

Your Uploads

You retain ownership of the images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images for the purpose of providing the Service (generating design variations). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Generated Content

AI-generated design images created by the Service are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may use generated images for interior design planning, real estate listings, social media, and similar purposes. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated designs, as similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models used by the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself without authorization

6. Free and Paid Features

The Service offers both free and paid features. Free features may be subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any features at any time.

Istniejące subskrypcje PayPal zachowują obecnego dostawcę płatności i uprawnienia. Zakupy w sklepie mobilnym są nadal zarządzane za pomocą odpowiedniej aplikacji. Rozpoczęcie nowej subskrypcji na stronie internetowej nie przenosi istniejącej subskrypcji.

Zwroty

  • Nowe zakupy. Jeśli nie jesteś zadowolony z subskrypcji lub pakietu kredytów, poproś o zwrot w ciągu 14 dni od zakupu lub pierwszej płatności za subskrypcję. Zwrócimy całą kwotę, jeśli wykorzystałeś mniej niż 10% otrzymanych kredytów.
  • Odnowienia. Poproś w ciągu 14 dni od odnowienia, którego nie chciałeś zachować i z którego nie korzystałeś, a zwrócimy opłatę za to odnowienie.
  • Nieudane projekty. Kredyty za nieudany projekt są zwracane automatycznie. Nie musisz o nie prosić.
  • Jak. Napisz na support@roomsgpt.io z adresu swojego konta lub, jeśli wykupiłeś subskrypcję na naszej stronie, wybierz „Poproś o zwrot” podczas anulowania na swoim koncie. Zwroty trafiają na pierwotną metodę płatności. Zakupy w App Store lub Google Play są zwracane przez Apple lub Google zgodnie z ich zasadami.
  • Twoje prawa. Nie ogranicza to żadnych praw przysługujących Ci zgodnie z prawem miejsca zamieszkania.

7. AI-Generated Results

Design results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be architecturally accurate, structurally feasible, or suitable for construction. Generated designs are intended for visualization and inspiration purposes. Consult a qualified professional before making structural or renovation decisions based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by AI Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, but if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes away the protections of the law where you live.
