1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoomsGPT at roomsgpt.io (the "Service"), which is operated by AI Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoomsGPT provides AI-powered interior design, home exterior design, virtual staging, paint color visualization, and related design tools. Users can upload photos and receive AI-generated design variations and recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

Your Uploads

You retain ownership of the images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images for the purpose of providing the Service (generating design variations). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Generated Content

AI-generated design images created by the Service are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may use generated images for interior design planning, real estate listings, social media, and similar purposes. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated designs, as similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models used by the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself without authorization

6. Free and Paid Features

The Service offers both free and paid features. Free features may be subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any features at any time.

Pretplate na web stranici obnavljaju se mjesečno ili godišnje po cijeni i porezu prikazanima pri plaćanju, sve dok se ne otkažu. Krediti se dodjeljuju mjesečno, uključujući i godišnje planove. Buduće obnove možete otkazati u svom računu; plaćeni pristup traje do kraja trenutnog plaćenog razdoblja.

Cijena ostaje ista dok zadržavate pretplatu na web-stranici. Ako pretplata završi, nova počinje po cijeni koja je tada u ponudi. Cijene u aplikacijama za Android i iPhone određuju Google i Apple.

Postojeće pretplate PayPal ostaju kod trenutnog pružatelja usluga i s odgovarajućim dopuštenjima. Kupnje putem mobilne trgovine ostaju pod upravljanjem odgovarajuće trgovine. Pokretanje nove pretplate na web stranicu ne prenosi postojeću pretplatu.

Povrati novca

  • Nove kupnje. Ako niste zadovoljni pretplatom ili paketom kredita, zatražite povrat novca u roku od 14 dana od kupnje ili prve uplate za pretplatu. Vraćamo puni iznos ako ste iskoristili manje od 10 % dobivenih kredita.
  • Obnove. Zatražite povrat u roku od 14 dana od obnove koju niste namjeravali zadržati i niste je koristili pa ćemo vratiti uplatu za tu obnovu.
  • Neuspjeli dizajni. Za neuspjeli dizajn krediti se vraćaju automatski. Ne morate ih zatražiti.
  • Postupak. Pišite na support@roomsgpt.io s adrese svojeg računa ili, ako ste se pretplatili na našoj web-stranici, odaberite „Zatraži povrat novca” pri otkazivanju u svojem računu. Povrat ide na izvorni način plaćanja. Kupnje u App Storeu ili Google Playu vraćaju se putem Applea ili Googlea prema njihovim pravilima.
  • Vaša prava. Time se ne ograničavaju prava koja imate prema zakonima mjesta u kojem živite.

7. AI-Generated Results

Design results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be architecturally accurate, structurally feasible, or suitable for construction. Generated designs are intended for visualization and inspiration purposes. Consult a qualified professional before making structural or renovation decisions based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by AI Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, but if you are a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes away the protections of the law where you live.
