By accessing or using RoomsGPT at roomsgpt.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoomsGPT provides AI-powered interior design, home exterior design, virtual staging, paint color visualization, and related design tools. Users can upload photos and receive AI-generated design variations and recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

Your Uploads

You retain ownership of the images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images for the purpose of providing the Service (generating design variations). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

Generated Content

AI-generated design images created by the Service are provided for your personal and commercial use. You may use generated images for interior design planning, real estate listings, social media, and similar purposes. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated designs, as similar inputs may produce similar outputs for different users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models used by the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Impersonate another person or entity
Resell or redistribute the Service itself without authorization

6. Free and Paid Features

The Service offers both free and paid features. Free features may be subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any features at any time. Paid subscriptions, if offered, are subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by RoomsGPT and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
